The High Court has fixed Monday (December 6) for the hearing of the writ petition seeking directions to include a declaration of independence and declaration of independence in all textbooks of educational institutions.
Sunday (December 5) Justice M. Inayetur Rahim and Justice. The High Court bench comprising Mostafizur Rahman fixed the date. ABM Shahjahan Akand Masum was in favor of the writ petition in the court.
Earlier, on December 2, a writ petition was filed in the High Court seeking directions to include the declaration of independence in all textbooks of the educational institution.
Supreme Court Advocate Nahid Sultana Yuthi and ABM Shahjahan Akand Masum filed the writ petition on behalf of Uttam Laheri in the concerned branch of the High Court.
The writ petition seeks directions to take legal action against those who deny the Declaration of Independence and the Declaration of Independence.
In the writ petition, 10 persons including the Secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs have been made defendants.
