The local people are worried that the crop is being severely damaged. Freshwater crisis has also occurred in several areas.
Members of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Society came to the rescue of the victims. The two agencies are helping those who have lost everything due to the storm. Earlier, President Rodrigo Duterte said the government was working to provide adequate assistance to the victims.
He said there is a budget for the epidemic. However, we are raising more money for the storm, which will be distributed to the victims.
