Later, a case was filed against Salahuddin, the owner of the Dhanmondi office building in Evaly. He was arrested today in that case.
Dhanmondi Police Station Inspector (Operations) Rabiul Islam, the investigating officer in the case, said the High Court had constituted a board headed by a former judge on October 12 to review the fraud allegations and management rules raised against Evaly.
He said a member of the board, Additional Secretary Mahbub Kabir, had filed a case against Salahuddin, the owner of the house, at Dhanmondi Police Station for stealing Evali’s goods and furniture. He is the only accused in the case.
